This Terms and Conditions sets the conditions of the agreement between you (“the Customer”) and eSIMpass (“We” or “the Company”) concerning the services provided by eSIMpass. Please read carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations.
ESIM Pass provides eSIMs that enable mobile data connectivity for devices that support eSIM technology. Our service includes a range of data plans that can be used in various countries, as specified in the product description.
The eSIMs can be used in devices that are unlocked and that support eSIM technology. It is the Customer responsibility to identify that the device is not locked to a specific mobile network. The Customer is also responsible for ensuring that the customer device is eSIM compatible. ESIM Pass will not refund rentals if the Customer is unable to use the service due to any of those reasons.
Upon purchasing an eSIM, you will receive an email with a QR code and instructions for activation. Follow the instructions to activate your eSIM on your compatible device.

We advise the installation of the eSIM just before travelling by plane to our detination, so when the plane lands, internet connection is automatically available within a couple of minutes.
The eSIM cards allow tethering by default. If tethering is not available, it will be clearly stated in the product page. However, there are certain operators that block the tethering capabilities of Apple products that they sell to limit tethering. In these situations, ESIM Pass cannot be held responsible for limitations in the tethering capabilities of some of the Apple products.

Within the rental period, there will not be extra costs for internet data traffic.
eSIMpass refunds policy is very simple. There is no risk for you if you aren’t satisfied. If anything goes wrong with our service, we will refund the full amount.
We accept cancellation of the order at any time and can do a full refund. However, the refund depends on how early the customer cancels the order. If the order is cancelled before eSIM installation and in the same day of the purchase, we will do a full refund. Should you need to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order information. We consider the time when we received cancelation request via email as the accepting time. Local time applies here. Refund will be issued within 3 working days from the day we receive the cancelation request via email.
Note that ESIM Pass does not have a compensation policy. The maximum refund amount that a Customer can receive will be equal to the total amount the Customer has paid.
We will not share your data with other companies or persons. All data provided by our customers, will only be used by ESIM Pass on the purpose of the renting service or to inform the customer about products related to ESIM Pass activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the eSIM service. Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the eSIM service.
This Terms of Use is governed by Portuguese law and all disputes shall be filed and proceeded according to Portuguese legal system.
